In coorporation with a companion I've make an instrument which now offers you some assistance with animating the mind boggling structure of the human face.
I might want to present to you 3D PORTRAIT. Everything you need is a still picture.
This is the thing that you can do:
Acquire a picture of maybe a couple human appearances
Pick a preset that speaks to the edge from which your photograph was shot
Change work in covers for eyes, nose, lips and ears (NO NEED to paint anything in Photoshop or After Effects!)
Make custom covers to take objects like hair, neck and shoulder into thought
Create a 3D-Surface in view of those veils
Move a camera around this surface and keyframe it to make a liveliness
Change the lighting in view of the confronts' structure
Pick between Widescreen or Portrait Format
Render it in Full HD (1920×1080) or 4K (3840×2160)
