Just Follow The Below Steps:

• Download KingRoot apk from Here
• Now install Kingroot into your smart phone and root your phone completely.
• Download Titanium Backup from Google PlayStore and Open It.
• Now scroll down until you see Whatsapp icon.
• Click On Whatsapp icon and next click on Backup.
• Now goto your file manager and look for Titanium Backup Folder.
• Copy the folder to your SdCard.
• Now insert your sdcard to your second phone and open Titanium Backup app.
• Scroll down to Whatsapp icon and click on it.
• Now click on Restore and That,s all.
