1.Create a new Gmail id.
2.Now install Hotspot Sheild to surf with US Proxy.
3.Visit google.com/voice
4.Create Account and accept terms and conditions of Google.
5.Now download an app on your andriod cell phone or iphone called Talkatone.
6.Open talkatone app and sign up with your facebook account.After all you will get a US phone number.
7.Now click on I want a new number.
8.Now put your talkatone phone number in google voice tab and change phone type home to Mobile and click continue.
9.Google will call to your talkatone phone for verification.
10.After verifivation enter area code or phone number in next tab For example enter 416.
11.Now choose any number and click on continue.
12.Now you will get a google voice number from google.
13.Enter this number in your paypal account.Paypal will message you and confirm through your google voice number.
